Renting prices as mentioned below will apply, irrespective the number of visitors (maximum 10, babies included). Unless agreed differently, renting will commence on Saturdays after 04.30 p.m. and will finish on a Saturday at 10.00 a.m. (allowing time for preparing the villa for the next group of guests). The following additional charges apply: for electricity € 0,15 per kWh. For cleaning the villa at the end of your stay: € 80. For use of bed linen and towels (2 per person for the duration of your stay, not to be used outside the villa), a charge of € 120 per period will apply. Extra sets of bed linen/towels can be obtained at a rate of € 12 per person. Tourism tax in accrodance to local municipality rates.Upon arrival a cash deposit of € 500 will be due to the care taker which deposit will be refund after deduction of charges, at the last day of your stay.
